Farmer Boy and Sick Girly

Alivia has been down with some awful fevers. I thought it was some serious teething issues but after 3 days I decided to take her in. Her fevers spiked to 103.9 and that got me nervous. She's now on antibiotics for a throat infection. For her sake I hope it kicks in soon. Geoff took Camron to the farm this afternoon to help with some chores and let me focus on Alivia and snuggling lots. A few snap shots of some daddy-son time.

Abigail Learning New Moves

Camron loves playing with Abigail on the floor. He's good at making her giggle.
She's got pure determination.

Here we go.
Almost there

And I'm over!

Proud of her accomplishments!

Happy birthday project

I made this banner last year. It turned out well.. only problem is that its hard to find a spot to hang it in our little house. Its so much better having a fabric one rather than the dollar store paper ones!
While reading a quilting magazine last week I found a pattern for this cool birthday cake. I thought it would go really well with the banner I made. I must say this was a fun and relaxed project to do. I love how it turned out and look forward to hanging it on the next birthday here. I plan to make candles with velcro on the back to stick on top of the cake as well for however many years the kids will be turning.

The Ruggrats

Camron is a high energy kid with lots of it to burn. He absolutely loves hotwheel cars. If you need to hear a tall tale story he's got lots from the top of his head!
Alivia is almost 2 and is/can be a handful at times. She loves puppies! Her favorite thing I'm sure is her thumb that is often in her mouth but honestly I don't mind (so far). One day she'll kick the habit for now its all good.
Abigail the sweetest little girl always full of smiles. She sleeps well during day and night and is so easy going. She loves giggling at her siblings dancing and playing... they are all a pure joy to have!

Watching Them Grow

I've always thought the idea of having a blog was neat but never thought I'd actually get it done and start my own. I have in mind to be faithful with blogging and give a sneek peek into the lives of us! A busy household with 5 members can keep me on my toes at the best of days, but I do love it... even when I sometimes have to grin and bear it!
